Voicethread (Post 4)

I had the chance to go through the voicethread tutorial this evening and can see so many uses, both personally and in education for this program. This class is helping me to look at technology the way my students see it and I suddenly feel like a kid in the candy store! When you don't know what is available online, you don't know where to look and this class opened up new avenues for me to connect to my student age group (high school). Even if I am not proficient at using any of this new techie stuff, at least I will be in the loop when the students are discussing it. One of the most important things I do as an educator is build rapport with students. Knowing the technology is essential in building rapport today. So, thank you for this class!
